To apply for tickets, you must register as a member (free) with each ticketing service.

To apply for tickets through ZAIKO, please create a ZAIKO account.
Sign in to your ZAIKO account to purchase and apply for tickets.
No additional apps or software are required when applying via ZAIKO—please apply through your browser.
Tickets will be issued electronically. Entry may be denied if you have a device that cannot display electronic tickets, such as a feature phone.

■Ticket Sharing for Companions (Applicable for Both Japanese and International Tickets)
For this event, entrance will generally not be permitted if two or more electronic tickets are downloaded on a single smartphone.
Electronic tickets must be shared with companions in advance, so please ensure to do this before the event.
Ticket sharing will be available one week prior to the event (the scheduled ticket download date).
Printed copies or screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for entry.
*If a companion does not have a smartphone, they must enter together with the purchaser.
*If the companion does not have a smartphone (e.g., a young child or elderly person), both tickets can be displayed on the purchaser's smartphone, allowing for simultaneous entry.

■Ticket Refunds
Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to personal circumstances after purchase.
No refunds will be issued for tickets, even if entry is denied or an individual is asked to leave for violation of this policy.

■Prohibition of Resale
Tickets purchased for this event may not be resold to third parties for any reason. It is also prohibited to provide tickets to third parties for resale.
Reselling tickets at inflated prices near the venue on the day of the event or selling tickets publicly online or through auctions, regardless of price or reason, constitutes resale. Entry will be denied for tickets purchased outside of the official ticket sales sites listed on the official homepage. No refunds will be provided for these tickets.
Any issues arising from ticket transfers or resale on the day of the event must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

■Event Guidelines
*Official cameras may capture images of the audience, so please be aware that you may appear in photographs.
*Waiting overnight or camping out near the venue is prohibited to avoid disturbing neighbors and the venue.
*Event schedules, including opening and starting times, may change depending on circumstances.
*Performers are subject to change. Your understanding is appreciated.
*Ticket refunds cannot be issued for performer changes or cancellations except in cases of event postponement or cancellation. Tickets also cannot be refunded or changed due to personal circumstances.
*Photography and recording are not allowed inside the venue. Anyone caught will be asked to delete the data and leave.
*Please follow staff instructions inside and outside the venue. Those who fail to follow rules, observe proper etiquette, or comply with staff directions may be asked to leave, with no ticket refund.
*Dangerous behavior and actions that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited during your visit. At the discretion of the staff, you may be denied entry or asked to leave in cases of dangerous or disruptive behavior.
*If you experience a change in health or feel unwell, please inform the staff immediately without pushing yourself.
*Bringing in equipment for recording, filming, or duplicating (e.g., cameras, recorders, video equipment), as well as alcohol or dangerous items, is prohibited. If found, these items will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave with your ticket revoked.
*There is no cloakroom for personal items within the venue. Please manage your belongings and valuables responsibly. We are not responsible for any losses or thefts.
*Gifts, fan letters, offerings, and congratulatory flowers for performers will not be accepted due to operational constraints. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

<Viewing in Wheelchair Accessible Seating>
Wheelchair-accessible seating is available. To ensure smooth guidance to your seat on the day of the event, please contact us in advance after purchasing your ticket and before the event date.
